Mee Jathakam provides personalized astrology reports, which are custom-created based on the birth details submitted by the customer.
👉 Each report is uniquely prepared and cannot be reused, resold, or reassigned.
🚫 No Refund After Delivery
Once your report has been generated and delivered, it is considered consumed.
👉 Therefore: No refunds will be provided after delivery under any circumstances.
We strongly advise you to verify all details carefully before placing your order.
⏱️ Order Cancellation (Strict 60-Minute Window)
You may request cancellation within 60 minutes (1 hour) of placing your order, provided that:
- The report has not yet been generated or delivered
To request cancellation, you must email:

⚠️ No Refund for Incorrect Details
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate birth details.
👉 No refunds, corrections, or regenerations will be provided for:
- Incorrect date of birth
- Incorrect time of birth
- Incorrect place of birth

❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with the report
- Expectations not matching outcomes
- Change of mind after purchase
- Misinterpretation of astrology content
- Delay caused by incorrect contact details provided by the user
✅ Exceptional Cases (Limited)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The report was not delivered at all
- You were charged multiple times for the same order

- Re-send the report, or
- Issue a refund after verification
💰 Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved (only in valid cases):
- It will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
